Ammon

This is the first project I made using a quilt-design software program which enabled me to manipulate the scale of the design elements.

Looking back it was really too much technology for a quilt that could have been sketched on grid paper in a fraction of the time, but design software in employment, social media, and hobbies was pushing the boundaries of creativity and I was anxious to be a part of the trend.

The baby’s name is Ammon and the monograph was created using needle turn applique.
