Tiffany

This quilt embodies many of the design elements I am drawn to when making art. First off, I love the scale, the blocks were so small and it took a lot of sewing to feel something was accomplished. And a lot of ironing and trimming. I love that the quit is busy and orderly at the same time.

I love the fuchsia and yellow pinwheels, fabric gifted from a quilty friend. I love the fabric of the funky accent blocks, purchased at discount fabric store. I love the green cornerstone tucked into the yellow sashing and most of all, I love the outer border, the perfect frame for this project.

This quilt measures 48 inches by 48 inches.
